PRINCESS PARK SUITE

WHAT ?:   Spacious 650sqft one-bedroom garden-level suite. Available to rent, fully furnished on a short-term basis.

This is the front of the house.  Princess Park Suite forms the lower level of this home, on the South side.

There is a private entrance to Princess Park Suite, along the side of the house.

The large living room features a 3-seat sofa, arm chair, 32" LCD colour television and DVD player.

The ample kitchen offers a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils and cutlery for your stay.  To the left of the photo above you can see the mirrored doors of the entry closet which not only provides plenty of space for coats and it has enough room for your suitcases too !

The master bedroom has a queen-size sleigh bed, two bedside tables and an ample closet.  All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

This is the light and airy bathroom.  There is a large walk-in, fully tiled shower stall off to the left of the photo.

WHERE ?:   Upper Lonsdale, North Vancouver, BC. The suite is adjacent to Princess Park, 10 minutes from North Shore tourist attractions and 20 minutes from Downtown.

ACCESS: Situated approximately 5 minutes from Highway 1 exit 18. 40 minutes drive from Vancouver International Airport, or 1hr drive North of the US border. Ample street parking outside the suite. Also served by the 230 bus route which runs right past the house and takes you directly to Lonsdale Quay, connecting with the Seabus to Downtown. OCTOBER TO APRIL:
$85/night or $485/week or $1485/month.

MAY, JUNE and SEPTEMBER:
$99/night or $525/week or $1595/month

JULY and AUGUST:
$109/night or $595/week or $1695/month.

TERMS:
50% deposit required at time of booking, with remainder payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival full payment required. In the event of cancellation up to 2 months before arrival, full refund.  If cancellation within 2 months of arrival no refunds will be made.

Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

Check-in is offered from 3pm on day of arrival and check-out must be by 11am on the day of departure.
